"The seating areas have become popular in the Israeli home. They are not part of the design requirements that come from the client, but a choice and a wonderful way for the designer to incorporate it into the home design." That's what interior designer Tzvia Kazayoff says. According to her, "The customers do not present the rabitza corners as a standard, sometimes they are not even exposed to them, and know their power, but at the same time, once the resting area is active at home, it is great, and the members of the household enjoy it."
Kazayoff emphasizes: "It is important that the corner be planned and designed with a soft shell, textiles and caressing upholstery that will be pleasant to stay in, a niche that is preferably located near a window and will allow the members of the house to stay in it intimately, or as a couple, for the benefit of thinking, meditation, reading a book, conversation, yoga and more." Sometimes, it is a corner that is even more used than the living room. Sure and sure these days. A corner that the family members long to be in, to wrap themselves in, to enjoy togetherness, intimacy and the felt. A closeness that is not possible while sitting in a standard living room. It is important that the corner be placed in a low context in relation to the function in the house: family corner, dining area, bedroom, and of course the design will be combined with warm materials."
The same corner can also be a nice bench that was designed by carpentry and is part of the house and does not look out of place, a corner and side bench in a bedroom, living room, children's rooms, and in various passages. A legitimate way that creates a discourse of closeness, and a less formal extension. When the location of that corner is near the window, the correspondence with the natural light makes using the bench much more pleasant.
