The existing house did not suit the family's tastes or needs. The couple decided to go for a complete renovation and chose architect Natalie Roizin, an expert in compact housing and space maximization, for the planning and design. Their dream was to create a harmonious, pleasant, and comfortable home where everyone would have their own corner, alongside numerous spaces where they could be together. The house was designed in a modern, clean, and elegant style with touches of color that provide a young and cheerful look.

The exterior structure of the house remained as it was, but the entire interior space changed completely in terms of planning and design. The living room is exceptionally spacious, creating an impressive connection between the interior and the exterior, with a light iron library on one side and an exit to the garden on the other.

The kitchen, in its current form, is open to the public space, particularly large, and designed to maintain kashrut, with duplicate sinks, dishwashers, and ovens. A convenient and accessible kitchen, providing practical and design solutions, was planned and designed in collaboration with Delkoub, along with all the carpentry in the house. In the center of the kitchen is a large and inviting island that allows for family seating daily and dynamic interaction between those cooking and sitting.

The dining area is the star of the house, with half-circle windows providing a panoramic view of the garden, delicate and impressive lighting, which together with the right design, make meals a delightful experience.

The space under the stairs was also utilized for storage, leading to a fun and colorful bathroom.

The wooden-clad staircase is accompanied by pleasant lighting, unique iron art, and a colorful iron screen above. The wide corridor has a hidden closet providing additional storage solutions and creating decorative shelves towards the stairs.

The children's rooms are decorated with cheerful and colorful wallpapers, alongside sliding wardrobes by Delkoub, incorporating a television screen. These wardrobes offer a dual-purpose solution for maximum storage and efficient use.

The master bedroom was challenging due to a column in the middle of the space. Through creative planning, the challenge turned into an advantage, creating a division between the sleeping area and the dressing area. A touch of color in the right place made the room particularly elegant, connecting the different areas.
