The boutique hotel, Nevel David Galilee Resort, which had just opened in April and was almost immediately closed due to the escalation in the north, is reopening its doors on December 8, 2024, after security stabilization. The hotel, which closed last October, is being renewed with a variety of luxurious hospitality experiences set against the stunning landscapes of the Sea of Galilee and the powerful Golan Heights.
As part of the updates, the hotel is launching 18 luxurious suites that combine contemporary design with maximum comfort. Alongside the suites, a new and innovative spa has opened, offering unique treatments, and an advanced technological business lounge is available for executive floor guests. The newly renovated lobby terrace invites guests to enjoy a unique dairy menu while taking in the panoramic view reflected in the waters of the Sea of Galilee.
As part of the holistic hospitality experience, the hotel is presenting an extensive cultural program that takes place at the Victory amphitheater and the hotel's magnificent halls. The program includes cultural weekends with Greek tavern evenings, Latin music performances, Israeli song nights, folk dancing, as well as screenings of selected films from leading international festivals.
As a special tribute to the challenging period, the hotel continues its tradition by offering a significant 20% discount for the spouses of security forces and reserve soldiers from January to March 2025.
Nevel David Galilee Resort, located in the northwest of the Sea of Galilee near Capernaum, is an architectural masterpiece blending into the natural landscape. The building, designed inspired by the shape of the biblical harp, is surrounded by streams and unique vegetation native to the region. The hotel offers 276 guest rooms, including two luxurious presidential suites, and integrates modern amenities such as a heated infinity pool overlooking the Sea of Galilee, an advanced spa, a gym, a conference and event center, and a gourmet restaurant specializing in fine local cuisine.
