This private home in Ness Ziona was designed and planned by Ira Sarig. The process began after receiving the building permit for the skeleton planned by the architect. The house is designed in a modern and minimalist style, with many warm touches, abundant hosting solutions, and a direct connection between the indoors and outdoors.

The family, a couple with three teenage sons, moved to this current home after living in a nearby neighborhood. The three-story house includes a basement with a teenager’s unit, an entrance floor with a living room, kitchen, family corner, and guest bathroom, and a bedroom floor with a master suite with a balcony and the boys' rooms.

The designer tailored the carpentry in the house to the family's needs.

On the entrance floor, large concrete-look porcelain granite tiles were chosen, providing a spacious look. The designer skillfully created warm touches by incorporating walnut veneer in the kitchen, living room carpentry, and the stairs. Natural oak parquet was chosen for the bedroom floor.

In the foyer, a "key dresser" made of walnut slats with a brass-framed mirror was placed. Opposite is a wooden staircase with a clean white metal railing, featuring thin pipes in a slightly "disordered" rhythm.

The kitchen was chosen in a light stone shade with walnut veneer and a porcelain granite countertop to add color. The kitchen was designed with two parallel long liNess, allowing the couple to work comfortably simultaneously. A wide island for eight diners includes a stove and an additional sink. The electrical appliances are hidden in the tall cabinet line.

Monochromatic furniture with subtle textures and colors was chosen, emphasizing practicality and aesthetics to create a pleasant space. An Ortal gas fireplace, a dominant and warm element in the public space, was selected. Additionally, a liquor cabinet was incorporated at the couple’s request, along with the television.

For the dining area, a dark metal table was chosen, surrounded by matching leather chairs. Technical lighting floods the space, alongside decorative lighting fixtures, like the cluster of delicate glass bubble-like fixtures on thin brass pipes above the dining table.

The family room on the entrance floor, facing the garden, includes a comfortable blue sofa, a television, and video games for the children. A sliding door separates it from the adjacent kitchen.

The master suite harmonizes with the rest of the house, restrained and elegant, with a balcony offering a beautiful view. The bed has gray upholstery, with unique brass and carpentry nightstands and a rich marble vanity.

The bathrooms and guest restroom are designed in a clean, easy-to-maintain style, combining monochromatic toNess with wooden cabinets. The guest restroom walls are covered with glossy white brick-style ceramics, and the flooring is black-and-white mosaic.
