Colmobil, an importer of Hyundai, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Genesis, ORA and smart, is launching a new strategic and branding move, in which the veteran company that has accompanied drivers and drivers in Israel since 1906, deepens its role in the customer's life with a number of moves and values to improve the lives of drivers and drivers in Israel .

Along with focusing on sales and providing service for the leading car brands, the company will focus on strengthening the relationship with its customers by expanding the services and solutions it will provide to them, thus providing drivers in Israel with an address and a home for every inquiry, question and need related to the car and the road.

The strategic move was preceded by a comprehensive customer study of the automotive sector, in which each carrier examined the customers' needs and preferences, especially in light of the changes the sector has experienced in recent years. The findings flooded the vacuum that currently exists in the market, which is expressed in the lack of an address and a quality response to the variety of needs that drivers have.

As part of the strategic move, Chalmobile is developing a number of solutions and services that will provide value and answer those needs, will allow an infrastructure for building a strong and long-term relationship with customers and will strengthen their trust in the company.

The first services within Colmobil's road map are: "Colmobil is with you on the road 24/7" - a new system that includes service, assistance, information and rescue that operates around the clock and at no cost.

The system consists of a service and support center and a field system for starting, towing and rescue services.

The system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides a response to the various needs of the company's customers on the road from all brands of Colmobil and from every year of manufacture.

The Academy for male and female Drivers - realizing that customers lack available, accessible and simple information, Kelmovil decided to establish a hybrid training platform for all Israeli drivers, including those who are not among the company's customers. The platform will be both physical and virtual for the customer's choice and convenience and at no cost. Already now you can register on the website as a leader for trainings on various topics. The array and variety of trainings will be expanded and enriched in the coming months and is available to all Israeli drivers.

In addition, each carrier is developing other services and solutions that will be launched in the future. For the benefit of the campaign, the creator and stand-up artist Reshef Levy, who won the best actor award at the Cannes Film Festival, the Israeli Theater Award and four times the Israel Television Academy Award, was recruited as a presenter.
