To celebrate the launch of Belvedere 10 vodka in Israel, the most exclusive bar in the country will be established in Tel Aviv this August. THE SHOWROOM BY BELVEDERE 10 will feature unique cocktails and an extraordinary menu by Mashya and Chef Guy Arish.
In honor of Belvedere 10's launch, a unique and stylish bar will open as a two-week pop-up on Allenby Street, offering guests an intimate and unparalleled experience. This exclusive venue will serve premium cocktails paired with an exceptional menu by Mashya and Chef Guy Arish, who will be cooking outside their restaurant for the first time. The highlight: the bar will host only four guests per session, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience.
The curated menu will feature three bespoke cocktails created for a perfect, one-of-a-kind experience using the new BELVEDERE 10 vodka from LVMH, the world's largest luxury brand company.
Golden Apple
Belvedere Pure | Clear soda from tart green apples.
This light and fun highball combines the wonderful Belvedere Pure with bubbles from Israeli green apple soda, perfectly balancing sweet and sour. Served over ice with a touch of gold leaf, echoing the rye used in Belvedere vodka.
The Luxury Martini
Belvedere 10 | Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth | A touch of salt | Olive oil | Aroma spray.
When luxury meets classic, an exciting drink is born. This martini was crafted specifically for the world's first luxury vodka. It's alcoholic, intriguing, and precise.
The richness and depth of Belvedere 10 vodka are balanced with the dry vermouth's slight grape acidity, complemented by a touch of Fleur de Sel, the world's most expensive salt, known as the caviar of salts.
Olive oil drops from award-winning Israeli Midnight Picholine olives, harvested at night, add a spicy note with aromas of green almonds and citrus, enhancing our martini.
Finally, an aroma spray made from carefully selected essential oils adds the perfect finishing touch.

Belvedere 10 is an organic vodka produced in small quantities using a meticulous process, featuring a superior rye called Diamond Rye, grown in a single field, harvested once a year. This excellent vodka offers evolving flavors of almonds and roasted grains, dark chocolate, and a long finish with aromatic hints of honey and winter spices.
The cocktails will be accompanied by sophisticated finger foods from Chef Arish and Mashya, precisely matched to the taste of each cocktail.
The bar will be open to the public by reservation only, from Sunday to Thursday, August 4 to 15, 2024. Tickets can be purchased on the event's website.
