100,000 visitors flock to national parks across Israel

An estimated 100,000 hikers visited nature reserves and national parks across Israel on Saturday, the Nature and Parks Authority reported.

Among the most visited sites were the Yarkon Tel Afek National Park with about 4,000 visitors, the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve with around 3,000 visitors, and the Caesarea National Park which was visited by an estimated 2,500 people.

Other popular sites included the Dor HaBonim Beach Nature Reserve, Gan Hashlosha National Park, and Ein Prat Nature Reserve.
