500 Palestinians will be able to receive permits to work in the hi-tech industry in Israel in the next three years, the government decided on Sunday, according to Israeli media.
The decision was made due to an ongoing shortage of workers, as well as security and economic considerations. In 2022, 200 Palestinian workers will receive permits, the next year 200 more will receive permits and the next year another 100 will receive permits.
