US lawmakers agree to suspend normal trade ties with Russia, Belarus

Bipartisan leaders of the panels with jurisdiction over trade in the US House of Representatives and Senate on Monday announced an agreement on legislation to suspend normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus, according to a statement from the top Republican on the House Ways and Means Committee.
