Israel Police were conducting searches for a suspect on Thursday night after a suspicious person was seen at the entrance to a mall in Hadera.
When security guards approached the man, he ran away, leaving behind a kitchen knife.
According to KAN news, police have set up checkpoint and are using a helicopter in the search.
