16 people were evacuated on Friday morning after inhaling smoke during a fire in a 13-story residential building in the Shuafat refugee camp on the outskirts of Jerusalem, Israel's Fire and Rescue Service said.
The blaze was probably caused by an electrical short-circuit in the elevator shaft and was extinguished by 10 firefighting teams and a crane, the Service added.
