IDF prosecutor retracts plea deal with commander accused of sexual assault

The plea deal reached with disgraced IDF commander Lt.-Col. Dan Sharoni is now null and void, the IDF's chief prosecutor Maj.-Gen. Yifat Tomer Yerushalmi announced on Sunday evening.

Sharoni was charged last year with close to 80 counts of sexual offenses from photographing female soldiers without their consent.
