President Isaac Herzog congratulated Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev for his decision to open an Azerbaijani embassy in Israel on Tuesday.
"This is a great step forward for our excellent ties with Azerbaijan, an important friend and strategic partner," tweeted Herzog.
