A young Israeli woman was stabbed in Rome, most likely as part of a robbery attempt on Friday, according to KAN News.
The woman is hospitalized in an Italian hospital and is currently conscious. The Foreign Ministry is aware of the incident and it's details, stating that the assault took place in an area where there are many violent incidents in the city.
According to Walla, security footage showed the woman being stabbed in the back three times as she struggled.
