A resident of east Jerusalem was arrested following threats of violence he made on the social media platform, TikTok, according to an Israel Police spokesperson.
This arrest comes amidst ongoing struggles for police in Israel as an increasing amount of publicized calls for violence across social networks.
The suspect was transferred to the Special Investigation Headquarters of the Jerusalem District, which was established for Ramadan.
