Britain is no longer investigating two out of three initial allegations against Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman four months after arresting the sanctioned oligarch, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The National Crime Agency has stopped investigating the 58-year-old businessman on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud the Home Office and conspiracy to commit perjury, the report said, adding the agency is still investigating suspected money laundering offenses.
