The National Labor Court ruled against a Teacher's Strike that had been scheduled to potentially take place on Sunday.
The Israel Teachers' Union announced on Friday that instructors for grades 10 and 11 would strike for one day on Sunday after the finance and education ministries did not meet their requirements after a whole year of "fruitless negotiations."
Israel's Education Ministry stated in response that it welcomed the court's decision not to allow the strike and that it is making efforts to promote negotiations between the Finance Ministry and the Teachers' Union.
