Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decided on Saturday night to withhold working on the construction of turbines in the Golan Heights the next day, following a nightly situation assessment and criticism from local Druze protesters.
This decision came in contrast to National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir's plans for their construction.
Druze protesters shouted threats of "war" in response to Ben-Gvir's plans for the turbines' construction.
