A Haifa hospital orderly from the Israeli Arab town of Tamra named Vafa Diab was indicted for allegedly attempting to rape and sexually assault a woman visiting a patient recovering from surgery
According to the indictment, the 58-year-old defendant offered the victim a cigarette in the parking lot, where he then bit her face and tried to sexually assault her, only stopping when he spotted a doctor coming down the stairs.
