A foreigner in his 30s was moderately injured in a violent altercation in the Jordan Valley on Sunday morning, according to Hebrew media.
Magen David Adom paramedics treated him on site and took him to Hadassah-University Medical Center, on Jerusalem’s Mount Scopus.
