Israel is responsible for a series of airstrikes on Damascus, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, told Sky News Arabia on Wednesday, according to Israeli media.
He told the media outlet that "the Israeli strikes are directed mainly against the Syrian army, under the pretext that it is an Iranian presence."
