Putin to exit Russia, travel to China in first trip since arrest warrant - report

Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly agreed to travel to China, on what will be his first foreign trip since a warrant for his arrest on alleged war crimes was issued by the International Criminal Court, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday evening.
