A Gaza resident in his 60s was arrested on Thursday morning after he attempted to enter the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station with two knives in his possession, according to police.
The suspect was taken in for questioning at the police station.
The public defender representing the suspect after the event stated that he was in Israel legally with work permits. He also alleged that he was innocent and had no intention of committing a crime. An indictment was filed against him for possession of a knife.
