A direct rocket hit was reported in Rehovot as sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and nearby cities as Hamas resumed rocket fire at central Israel on Friday.
An Israeli woman in her 30s was rushed to Wolfson Medical Center in Holon for treatment after being hit by rocket shrapnel, Magen David Adom said. She was reported to be in moderate condition.
Israel Police said officers were scanning the area of a direct hit where three locals were lightly wounded.
