Four people were injured in the Nirim from mortars that were fired from Gaza.
Two were evacuated to the trauma room in Rabin Medical Center.
One injured person is in serious condition with a shrapnel wound to the chest and is currently being evaluated in the trauma room. The second is in moderate condition with a shrapnel wound in the stomach and is now being transferred to the operating room.
