Former prime minister and current opposition leader Yair Lapid visited the Eshkol Regional Council today and met with the head of the council, Gadi Yarkoni.
During his visit, he was given an overview of the state of the council's evacuation and its distribution throughout the country.
Lapid also visited the Nir Oz kibbutz and met with the kibbutz's residents who have chosen to remain there during the war in Gaza rather than be temporarily evacuated.
