The Haifa District Attorney's Office submitted to the Hadera Magistrate's Court an indictment against Eliezer Leibovitz, a 19-year-old resident of Haifa, on Thursday for racially-motivated assault and attempted sabotage, after he attacked a man of Arab origin.
According to the indictment, the accused arrived with his friends at the beach parking lot in Hadera, where he approached another vehicle in which the victim sat waiting for his shift to begin.
After making sure that the victim was Arab, the accused opened the door of the victim's car, hit him in the face, and added, "go, you Arab."
