Israel's Justice Ministry published on Sunday a memorandum of law that will make it possible to investigate the children of the Gaza border region.
As of today, only a police investigator is qualified to investigate children up to the age of 14 when it comes to crimes of the terrorist type. The ministry is seeking to change the law in order to allow social workers who are child investigators to investigate the children of the Gaza border region and the South who were exposed to the atrocities of Hamas.
