A Palestinian entered an IDF base in the West Bank and was found by chance by forces in the base, the Army Radio reported on Monday.
The IDF Spokesman said that the man was believed to be mentally ill.
The soldiers guarding the entrance had not noticed him entering and were set to be put on disciplinary trial, the report added.
