Public transport prices in Israel to increase starting in July

The price of public transportation will increase on July 1, Israeli media reported on Monday.

This includes an increase of 5% for the purchase of monthly passes.

A single trip on public transportation will also be increased, as it will be rounded to the nearest half shekel.

The price of the light rail will also increase to 8 shekels, N12 reported.
