A masked man carried out a bank robbery Thursday morning in Hadera, according to Israel Police. The suspect allegedly handed a note to the bank clerk, took cash, and fled the scene.
Hadera station police officers arrived at the scene and conducted an area sweep, picking up the primary suspect, a Hadera resident in his 30s, on a nearby street, police statements added.
The suspect has been taken in for questioning.
