The Israeli delegation chose not to participate in late-stage negotiations this week, which allegedly frustrated US officials who believed a deal was close, the US outlet Politico reported on Friday.
Despite reportedly telling the US it would attend, the delegation chose not to.
The Israeli embassy in Washington and the National Security Council did not respond to Politico's request for comment.
