A Palestinian in his 20s was arrested by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) and the police on suspicion of killing Israel Prison Service employee Yochai Avni in early July, the ISA and police said in a joint statement.
The suspect was named as Ibrahim Mansur.
At the beginning of July, Avni was found dead in his West Bank home in Giv'on HaHadasha.
