President Joe Biden's proposed Supreme Court reforms will require legislative action and support from both Democratic and Republican lawmakers, Steve Benjamin, a senior adviser to Biden and White House director of public engagement, said on Monday.
Benjamin told reporters aboard Air Force One that the White House was aware of the challenges involved in moving forward with the reforms, including term limits for the Supreme Court justices, but Biden was committed to fighting for what he viewed as important and timely action.
