A 59-year-old man was shot and killed in the northern Israeli community of Ibtin, Walla reported on Sunday morning.
Rescuers who were called to the scene of the shooting found the man in critical condition. At the end of resuscitation efforts, he was pronounced dead at Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa.
Police began investigating the incident, and the background to the incident is suspected to be criminal.
