A Margaretville man was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly swerving his car at three Jewish men while yelling obscenities, the New York State Police announced.
Joseph Van Blarcom, 20, was charged with reckless endangerment as a hate crime and second-degree aggravated harassment for an incident last Monday at a synagogue in which he also allegedly threw objects at the Jewish men.
