Soldiers who left their weapons in an unlocked vehicle reported the theft of the vehicle to the police, the Police announced on Wednesday.
In response, large police forces arrived at the scene and began extensive searches in the area and a pursuit of the suspects who fled the scene in a vehicle.
Shortly after, officers from the Tel Aviv YAMAR unit stopped the vehicle and arrested one of the suspects in the area of Petah Tikva.
