Two people were lightly wounded when their car caught on fire, Magen David Adom reported Sunday.
An explosion was heard during this incident, which occurred on Shalom Aleichem Street in Ashkelon, Israel Police reported.
Police officers arrived at the scene and are securing the area, as MDA medics and paramedics treat those that are wounded.
