Chinese Premier Li Qiang arrived in Moscow on Tuesday for talks with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Chinese state media reported.
Li will chair the 29th regular meeting between Chinese and Russian heads of government, and he will also meet with Mishustin to exchange views on bilateral relations and cooperation, the Xinhua news agency said.
