Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized in a Sunday conversation with the family of hostage Alexander Lobanov, whose body was recovered by the IDF on Saturday, the Prime Minister's Office said.
"I want to tell you how sorry I am and ask for forgiveness for not being able to bring Sasha back alive," Netanyahu said.
