A reward of up to $1 million will be given for any information leading to the arrest or conviction of Russian National Tim Vakhaevich Stigal for participation in transnational organized crime, the US Department of State announced on Thursday.
According to the US Secret Service, "Stigal has engaged in multiple significant computer intrusions targeting US businesses, organized the theft of payment card data, and monetized this data for personal financial gain."
