Russian nuclear-capable bombers fly over neutral waters of Arctic, RIA reports

Two Russian TU-160 nuclear-capable strategic bombers have carried out an 11-hour flight over the neutral waters of the Northern Arctic ocean, the East Siberian sea and the Laptev sea, Russian state news agency RIA Novosti reported on Tuesday, citing the Defense Ministry.
