The leader of Sudanese paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, accused Egypt of being involved in airstrikes on the group's troops in a recorded video on Wednesday.
He also accused Cairo of training and providing drones to the army as the country continues to be gripped by a war between the RSF and the army.
