IDF to 'Post': Rumors of Eli Cohen's body returning to Israel false

The rumors that the body of Mossad spy Eli Cohen, who was killed in Syria in 1965, had been returned to Israel are false, IDF officials told The Jerusalem Post on Tuesday. 

Earlier on Tuesday, rumors had spread throughout social media that Israel had reached a deal with Syrian rebels to locate and return COhen's body to Israel.
