PMO Hostage Admin. on deal progress: Conditions have improved, we're hoping for a breakthough

The Hostages Administration at the Prime Minister's Office is updating the families of the hostages on the status of the negotiations.

"Although the conditions have improved - there are still challenges ahead; we are working and hoping for a breakthrough," the administration said.
