The commander of a coronavirus quarantine facility has been transferred from his job on Tuesday after allowing a coronavirus patient to go outside, according to Walla! News. The commander allowed the patient to leave his room and walk around the facility wearing a mask because the man reported that he suffers from PTSD and a loud noise was causing him distress.
