Some 5,075 new cases of the novel coronavirus were reported in Israel on Tuesday, with 6.07% of tests returning positive, according to a Wednesday morning update by the Health Ministry.
Of those infected, 519 were in serious condition and 92 were on ventilators.
The death toll stands at 6,668.
