The countries in which Israelis will be allowed to fly and return without needing to quarantine will be announced on Thursday at 4 p.m. The decision was made in a joint agreement by the Transport Ministry, Health Ministry, Foreign Affairs Ministry on Wednesday evening, following which discussions are set to continue until Thursday.
