WASHINGTON - U.S. Senate Democrats are set to unveil a range of proposals this week to tighten domestic security in the wake of the mass shooting in California that killed 14 people and injured 21.One part of the plan attempts to make airports safe by beefing up Transportation Security Administration operations.
