Police officers were called to deal with a car accident in which a driver allegedly hit a 13-year-old boy who was riding an electric bicycle.
The 19-year-old driver was diagnosed, according to Ministry of Health records, as a COVID-19 patient. He was summoned for questioning on suspicion of spreading the illness.
